The so-called crosses or incarnation crosses not only tell us something about individual life tasks. Long periods of time or long cycles are also under their influence.

These crosses certainly also influence the long-term shift in global economic dynamics. We are currently under the influence of the cross of planning. We can already feel today that the power of the activated gates of the expiring epoch is diminishing, especially in the economy. I would like to highlight the following aspects:

• Permanent growth: From an ecological point of view, the limits to growth have already been exceeded. The cross of the sleeping phoenix will hopefully have a positive impact on climate change.
• Capitalism: The capitalist economy cannot exist in the future without growth. This is because the capitalism we live by is dependent on economic growth.
• Logic and the dominance of numbers, data and facts: Emotional intelligence, on the other hand, is the language of the 20th century. Life wants to be felt and no longer serve tribal logic. Emotional awareness is the result.
• Solidarity: Solidarity ties are declining, like the German pension system, which is coming to an end. Personal responsibility therefore also means personal provision. It is a similar story for the church, which is abolishing itself. The EU and NATO could also follow suit – the USA has already announced its withdrawal from NATO. In addition, trust in large systems is dwindling due to a lack of openness and honesty.

What will increase in the working world of tomorrow

Traditional structures are becoming less important, while new models of self-determination and personal responsibility are emerging. Wage labor is being called into question, and the influence of artificial intelligence means we are faced with the questions: What will happen in 2027? What will we do with our time and the abundance in which we will live?

For a long time, work was strongly characterized by external structures – clear rules, fixed hierarchies and a focus on planning and control. And even if rulers like Trump, Putin, & Co. try to turn back the clock and maintain the old system at all costs in order to retain control over society, change is inevitable.

Fear is being stirred up because the representatives of the old order unconsciously sense that their time is running out. What we are currently experiencing is the last gasp of an era that was characterized by an addiction to power. However, more and more people are questioning these structures, distancing themselves from their leaders and opposing outdated systems. They are demanding justice, personal responsibility and individuality – and are taking to the streets to do so. I’m excited to see what’s in store for us.

The future isn’t dark; it’s different. It’s another age. It’s another way. And it’s about being equipped.
