How critically do you deal with information?

by | Aug 1, 2024 | Newsletter | 0 comments

Hello,

Yesterday I revised my blog article on the topic of Human Design Criticism.

While revising it, one question kept running through my mind…

In the digital age, are we actually critical enough in how we deal with information?

Of course, I can’t speak for you. But I’ve realized for myself that I need to become more sensitive here.

I notice that more and more fake news is circulating.

Thanks to all whistleblowers who help bring transparency.

Facing oneself critically is also a sign of strength.

“Criticism is a gift that gives us the opportunity to continue developing and to address our weaknesses.”
(Markus Keimel)

Human Design also offers some interesting perspectives on this topic at the moment.

So let’s take a look at the timeline of the transits…

When we look at the transits of the celestial bodies, we see that a lunar node shift took place in July—from Gate 21 (North Node) and Gate 48 (South Node) into Gate 17 (North Node) and Gate 18 (South Node).

Diese frische Energie steht für…

Opinions (Gate 17): Forming your own opinions serves as a foundation for shaping systems with vision.
Judgment (Gate 18): This is about one’s own capacity for judgment—recognizing what needs correction and defending our fundamental rights.

So this is about freedom of opinion and its limitations. It’s about forming your own viewpoint on different topics.

My opinion: A lot will come to light through this energy. I’m curious to see what’s coming our way—especially in politics…

My tip: Form your own opinion. Listen to your inner authority and verify your views with your mind. Use sources you trust.

Back to my blog article that I’d really like to recommend to you.

If you’re interested, you can take a look here. In it, I discuss the following points of criticism:

👉 Human Design has no scientific foundation
👉 Channeling is esoteric nonsense
👉 The complexity of Human Design can lead to misinterpretations
👉 Human Design creates labeling and box-thinking
👉 A potential analysis based on birth data is not a valid personality test

Feel free to also share your opinion in the comments under the blog article.

So how can you engage critically with Human Design?

With my 1/3 profile, I’m a fan of experimenting.

Start by applying your type’s strategy and your authority.

What’s important is that you don’t act half-heartedly, but follow through consistently.

Questions and answers about this newsletter

What points of criticism are there of the Human Design system?

Frequently mentioned are the lack of scientific foundation, esoteric approaches such as “channeling,” and the risk of labeling. Nevertheless, Human Design offers valuable impulses for self-awareness for many people.

How do I engage critically with Human Design?

The best approach is to combine theory and practice: consistently try out your strategy and authority in everyday life. This way, you’ll find out whether Human Design truly supports you.

Why is it important not to blindly believe in Human Design?

Because every complex method allows room for interpretation. A reflective approach protects you from misinterpretations and helps you use Human Design as a tool—not as a dogma.
