How do you find your calling when you feel stuck?

Hello,

We are born as authentic beings.
And if we grew up freely, we would naturally follow our calling.

But life often writes different stories.

Early on, we begin to create an internal map shaped by expectations, experiences, and beliefs.

Some of it supports us.
Much of it pulls us away from our true core.
We learn to function instead of to feel.

At some point, what remains is only the construct in our mind. No longer the original self.

Yet something within us stays awake.

A spark that speaks in quiet moments: “Who am I really?”

In those moments, our authentic self calls us back.

Human Design is a beautiful way to follow that call.

From an energetic perspective, your Human Design chart shows who you truly are – beyond roles, expectations, and conditioning.

You begin to recognize what makes you you.
You start to release old constructs.
And you discover which kind of work truly fulfills you.

Of course, the path out of your old life is not always easy.
We have responsibilities, loans, obligations, and often fear of change.

But:
The first life begins with your birth.
The second begins when you understand what you were born for.

Some people wake up only after burnout.
Others have an aha moment. A realization, a turning point, a sudden clarity.
And some turn to Human Design because they feel deep inside: something about their current situation is not right.

What matters is: keep going.
Gently, lovingly, and step by step.
You do not have to change everything at once. Start with what feels good to you.

Every detour, every moment of being lost is part of the journey.
Without “being lost,” we would not be able to appreciate clarity.

Maybe that is exactly why Human Design has come into this time.
To help us find our way back from confusion and to trust life again.

With my Human Design Vocation Course, I support you in discovering what truly nourishes you.

You learn to reconnect with your inner compass – clear, alive and authentic.

Questions and answers about this newsletter

How does Human Design help me find my true calling?

Human Design shows you which kind of work truly fulfills you – not just what seems “reasonable.” Your Human Design Chart reveals the energy you bring into the world and where you naturally flourish. This is often the first step out of functioning mode and into your true vocation.

Why do I lose contact with my authentic self throughout life?

As children, we adopt expectations, beliefs, and roles in order to belong. Over time, this mental construct begins to overshadow our true self. Human Design helps you recognize this conditioning and reconnect with your original core.

What does it mean to “come home to myself” according to Human Design?

Coming back to yourself means: you no longer live based on what others expect from you, but on what actually nourishes you. You make decisions in alignment with your own energy and trust your inner compass rather than your mind. This is exactly what the Human Design Vocation Course is designed to support.

Do I have to completely change my life when I start using Human Design?

No. Human Design is not an ‘all or nothing’ approach, but rather a process involving small, loving steps. You start where your system is currently ready – and gently follow the path to your calling, rather than rushing it.
