Hello,

What they expect of you there is really outrageous.

What they expect of you there is really outrageous.

Your head is full of it – almost overflowing.

I feel the same.

And I haven’t found THE solution yet either.

Okay, a few things help me get by a little better in everyday life, like…

👉🏼 Turning off push notifications on my phone
👉🏼 Activating the “Do Not Disturb” (Focus) mode on my phone
👉🏼 Boycotting TV news

But I also want to be honest with you…

I don’t want to live completely without information from the outside either.

Like in a monastery – that’s not my path.

But how do we find out what is truly relevant?

 

For you, for me – individually?

This is for example where your Human Design Centers come into play.

Your Human Design Chart shows you with which external information your cells scream HERE –

– and with which information your interest quickly fades away.

Your open (white) centers show you:

⚪ Where you are receptive

⚪ Where you are drawn to new things

⚪ Where you recognize something special in others

Your defined (colored) centers show you:

🔷 What you radiate

🔷 Where you are stable

🔷 What makes you independent from external influence

So if you want to know what you need to know – start by looking at your open aspects.

They are no less valuable than the defined ones.

They are the key to your curiosity.

And always remember:

Without your own experiences, everything remains just theory.

Experiment with what your chart shows you.

It’s not only your Human Design – what you consume also shapes who you are.

 

And by that, I don’t just mean information for the mind, but impressions that touch all your senses.

Stay curious – and relaxed.
