How does Generation Z really tick? Pluto knows the answer…

Hello,

From the Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha – every generation has its quirks.

When it comes to Generation Z, even scientific publications sometimes refer to them as the lost generation.

And the mainstream keeps asking the same questions over and over again:

👉🏻 How does Gen Z really tick?
👉🏻 Why doesn’t the youth feel like working anymore?
👉🏻 And who the hell is going to pay for my pension later?!

Here’s what the Gen Z dude
replies

“Chill out, boomers. Cringe, how you directly push the responsibility for your messed-up pension politics onto us. As for our own retirement – doesn’t seem like any of you care anyway. On your tab!”

Now you’re probably thinking: What on earth does this have to do with Human Design?!

And with that question, you’re already halfway to the answer…

Because besides all those clever scientists (and the not-so-clever ones), there’s also a celestial body in the universe that influences generations 👉🏻 Pluto!

Since Pluto’s orbit takes about 250 years, it stays in each zodiac sign for around 20 years – activating 5–7 Human Design gates per sign. So it actually aligns pretty well with generational timeframes.

Why am I personally interested in this topic?

I have small children. They’re growing up in a world that’s both overprotected (physically) and at the same time underprotected (mentally, virtually).

Jonathan Haidt even mentions this in his book The Anxious Generation: How We’re Losing Our Kids to the Virtual World highly recommended!

In relation to Human Design, one could conclude that there’s a parental overfocus on the Design side (the left, unconscious side) and an underfocus on the Personality side (the right, conscious side).

In Human Design terms, that would mean: parents focus too much on the left Design side (the body) and too little on the right Personality side (the mind).

I’m interested in both: science and Human Design.
Which gates Pluto activates and what that means for our children — that’s what I write about in my latest blog post: Pluto, Human Design, and the Influence on Generations.

On a personal note…

From December 27, I won’t be offering any written Human Design career analyses or written coaching courses for a while.

Not because I’ve struck it rich, but because I’m going on parental leave in January. I’ll be dedicating my time to my family.

And honestly: everything I’d earn during that time would go straight to the tax office anyway.

What I’m saying is: better buy now! 😅
