Admit it…
You think too much.
You wait too long.

Because two essential things were trained out of you from day one:

Not just from your parents – but from everyone who wanted to project their perspectives onto you…
– We don’t have time.
– You’re not allowed to put sand in your mouth.
– Look over here instead of there (and smile at the camera).
– And for crying out loud, we still don’t have any time!!!
It’s the little things that make the big problems. And your parents didn’t even know any better.
And even if you’ve always thought…
I had a happy childhood…
these two aspects ☝🏻 are crucial for a strong, grounded personality.
Why do you think so many people go through life with too little self-confidence and an exaggerated need for admiration?
Because the self of most people is a treasure trove of stories they’ve heard about themselves — but never truly experienced.
Maybe that’s why, back then, you didn’t look for a job that really suited you…
but instead chose one to compensate for your childhood pain — and maybe you’re still not truly an adult today.
Or – just as bad – you’re doing something that someone else chose for you, because even as a young adult you were lost in that treasure trove of stories about yourself.
It was the same for me: I found myself in a job that didn’t really fulfill me. Only the circumstances were okay.
Human Design offers tremendous help in getting to know yourself. It was also a game changer for me.
Human Design won’t tell you what to do or not to do, and it won’t beam you back into your childhood either.
