<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Sometimes<\/em> work feels heavy. A few days ago, I came across some old notes that deeply touched me.<\/p>\n Written there was:<\/p>\n When your life feels confusing, empty, or exhausting\u2014welcome it exactly then. Because you\u2019re doing better than you think. <\/b><\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Maybe these words resonate with you right now. Perhaps you\u2019re experiencing pressure, overwhelm, frustration, or the feeling of not being in the right place at work. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n And yet, within these sentences lies a truth we hardly want to hear:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We don\u2019t grow despite difficulties.
