<\/strong>This theory analyzes the cyclical patterns of society through the succession of generations.<\/p>\n
The creators of this theory, Strauss and Howe*<\/a>, claim that every society goes through four phases over the course of roughly 80 to 100 years\u2014much like the seasons of the year:<\/p>\n \ud83c\udf31 Spring:<\/strong> A time of rebuilding after a crisis. Society moves closer together; institutions are strengthened. You probably feel deep inside which phase we\u2019re currently in, don\u2019t you?<\/p>\n So what does all of this have to do with Human Design?<\/strong><\/p>\n The parallels to Human Design are clearly visible. For example, if we look at the Rave Mandala<\/strong> (illustration \ud83d\udc47\ud83c\udffc), we can also identify four sections (quadrants): <\/p>\n Q1:<\/strong> Initiation, discovery, understanding Perhaps you\u2019ve already experienced this, and I may have described your own chart in relation to these four quadrants during a Human Design Career Reading<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n At the moment, we are clearly in a phase of transformation<\/strong>\u2014very similar to the autumn or winter cycle. This means: <\/p>\n We are standing on the brink of profound change.<\/strong><\/p>\n And to intensify this even further: According to Human Design, we are also at the end of a 400-year cycle\u2014and thus in the transition from the Cross of Planning to the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix.<\/a><\/p>\n This can feel quite challenging\u2014but also deeply liberating. <\/p>\n That\u2019s why my tip for you is this:<\/strong> Work on your resilience<\/strong> and your self-awareness.<\/p>\n <\/strong>Human Design is exactly the right tool for that.<\/p>\n In the next newsletter, I\u2019ll explain which cycles affect and shape every person\u2019s life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Stay curious (and relaxed) \u2014 and feel free to write to me if you have any questions or thoughts about this!<\/p>\n Thank you for your attention.
