I\u2019m back from my trip to South Africa \u2013 one month of parental leave to escape all the hustle and bustle in Germany.<\/p>\n

But I can tell you, before we even left, people really made me quite afraid…<\/p>\n
\ud83d\uded1 \u201cDo you even feel safe there?\u201d<\/em> These questions came up again and again and again and again…<\/p>\n …no wonder \u2013 we live in an age of fear. Fear is the background frequency of our everyday life. You can feel it everywhere: <\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc in election campaigns, We\u2019ve gotten so used to it that we hardly question it anymore. Fear shapes our thinking, our actions \u2013 and often our decisions. <\/p>\n Maybe that\u2019s why you\u2019re reading my newsletter so eagerly right now. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n The invisible power of fear Fear is an ancient emergency program of our biology. It puts us into a state of fight, flight, or freeze \u2013 vital for survival in real danger. <\/p>\n But what happens when fear becomes chronic? Then it separates us from ourselves. Let\u2019s take the beloved home office…<\/p>\n Of course, it\u2019s practical \u2014 we can hang up the laundry in between and unload the dishwasher.<\/p>\n But often there\u2019s an unconscious longing for safety behind it. We avoid the outside world \u2014 and unconsciously reinforce our fears and disconnection from real life. <\/p>\n What really helps against fear<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Fear doesn\u2019t disappear through withdrawal. It dissolves through experiences that show us: To do that, we need to go out, experience new things, and sometimes push the limits of our comfort zone.<\/p>\n And now comes the exciting connection to Human Design.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n For about 400 years, we\u2019ve been living in an era shaped by the 1st line of the hexagram.<\/strong> <\/p>\n The 1st line seeks security through knowledge. <\/strong><\/p>\n
In psychology, this is called dissociation \u2013 we observe ourselves from the outside, feeling disconnected from reality. This leads to social anxiety, avoidance behavior, and growing insecurity. <\/p>\n
I can do this, because I am who I am.<\/em> <\/p>\n
And this line carries \u2013 who would have thought \u2013 the frequency of fear.<\/strong> <\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/files.crsend.com\/378000\/378390\/images\/HDB_hoch.png\")
This 6th line is transformative and leads to greater connectedness.
We are, therefore, on the verge of a new background frequency that we can hardly yet comprehend. <\/p>\n
