And I haven\u2019t found THE<\/strong> solution yet either.<\/p>\n Okay, a few things help me get by a little better in everyday life, like\u2026<\/p>\n \ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc Turning off push notifications on my phone But I also want to be honest with you\u2026<\/p>\n I don\u2019t want to live completely without information from the outside either.<\/p>\n Like in a monastery \u2013 that\u2019s not my path.<\/p>\n But how do we find out what is truly relevant?<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n For you, for me \u2013 individually?<\/p>\n This is for example<\/strong> where your Human Design Centers<\/a> come into play.<\/p>\n Your Human Design Chart<\/a> shows you with which external information<\/strong> your cells scream HERE \u2013<\/p>\n \u2013 and with which information your interest quickly fades away.<\/p>\n Your open (white) centers<\/strong> show you: Your defined (colored) centers<\/strong> show you:<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd37 What you radiate<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd37 Where you are stable<\/em><\/p>\n \ud83d\udd37 What makes you independent from external influence<\/p>\n So if you want to know what you need to know \u2013 start by looking at your open aspects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n They are no less valuable than the defined ones.<\/p>\n They are the key to your curiosity.<\/p>\n And always remember:<\/p>\n Without your own experiences, everything remains just theory.<\/strong><\/p>\n Experiment with what your chart shows you.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not only your Human Design \u2013 what you consume also shapes who you are.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n And by that, I don\u2019t just mean information for the mind<\/strong>, but impressions that touch all your senses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Stay curious \u2013 and relaxed.<\/p>\n And if you\u2019d like to go deeper:<\/p>\n In a Human Design Career Reading<\/a>, we\u2019ll take a close look at which kinds of information activate your sensitivity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Thank you for your attention. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffc<\/p>\n Thomas<\/p>\n PS:<\/strong> I\u2019m almost finished with my new blog article<\/a>.
