Reflectors mirror their environment. In the professional world, they are also referred to as observers or evaluators. About one percent of humanity is of the reflector type. They have no defined centers. All centers in the Human Design Chart are open (white). This means that there are also no defined channels, i.e. the lines that connect the <a href=\"https:\/\/humandesign-berufsberatung.de\/en\/human-design-centers\/\">Human Design Centers<\/a>.      <\/p>\n<p>Are you a Reflector? I am still in contact with some of them today.    <\/p>\n<p>Back to the traits: As a Human Design Reflector, you are a very rare type with the greatest perceptiveness of all <a href=\"https:\/\/humandesign-berufsberatung.de\/en\/the-5-human-design-types-at-work\/\">Human Design Types<\/a>. Observing and listening, understanding and reflecting are among your general tasks. <\/p>\n<p>With your sensitive antennae, you can gauge the mood at your employer well. You&#8217;re not an endurance runner yourself. I would only recommend physical work to you if you keep regenerating yourself. But you are a mirror for everything that is done, thought and said. That&#8217;s your natural gift as a type. As a Reflector, you also reflect the spirit and culture of the company. If a company employs a reflector, it can count itself lucky if its gift is recognized, appreciated and used.      <\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Professional satisfaction for Reflectors<\/h3>\n<p>A typical human design reflector profession is that of a freethinker. Specifically, this could be an innovation manager, a change manager or a visionary. Sounds futuristic, but is all the more important as we move into a new age, from the cross of planning to the cross of the sleeping phoenix. If you now have question marks over your head, read my blog post \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/humandesign-berufsberatung.de\/en\/human-design-2027\/\">Human Design 2027<\/a>\u201d below.   <\/p>\n<p>For example, our flagship referee <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/J\u00fcrgen_Klopp\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">J\u00fcrgen Klopp (Kloppo)<\/a> is Global Head of Soccer at Red Bull, and I can imagine that he enjoys quite a lot of freedom there, which will certainly do him good after his stressful time as coach at Liverpool FC.<\/p>\n<p>As a Reflector, you can use the experience you have gained in your open centers as a mentor. There are many other professions in which you can be satisfied as a reflector. It all depends on HOW. Fixed professional relationships, for example, are not really good for you. You want to be changeable and not be influenced too much by certain people. You can only be changeable if different people are reflected in you. Of course, this also applies to the time you spend working.      <\/p>\n<p>You are something like a radar in the company that perceives all moods down to the finest nuances. Reflectors are characterized by their ability to intensively perceive and mirror their surroundings and the people around them. In a professional context, this means that they are particularly good at recognizing and analysing the dynamics and moods within a team or company.  <\/p>\n<p>Your strategy as a reflector should therefore aim to use these skills in a targeted manner to transform processes and promote a harmonious working environment. It is important that you regularly take time out to recover, so that you can process the many impressions and regenerate your energy. Your natural openness and flexibility allow you to shine in a variety of roles, especially where adaptability and honest communication are required.  <\/p>\n<h2>The aura of the Reflector<\/h2>\n<p>The aura of the Reflector is unique and open, allowing it to effortlessly absorb and reflect the energies and moods of its surroundings. This ability allows you to gain deeper insights into the dynamics and needs of your environment. Your aura acts like a mirror, reflecting the true state of a team or organization.  <\/p>\n<p>As you are particularly susceptible to external influences, it is important that you regularly take time for retreat and relaxation. I cannot repeat this enough.
